Where does Twistie ship to?

Currently, we ship within the United States and it's terriitories, Canada and the UK. Shipping can take up to 7 business days for domestic orders and up to 14 days for international orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Can I change my shipping address?

Team twistie works really hard to keep our customers happy by shipping products out as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changing the shipping address before the order ships out. If your order has yet to be shipped and you'd like to change the shipping address, please send an email to info@twistieonthego.com.

Orders are usually shipped within two business days and you will recieve an email with your tracking info as soon as your order ships out. If you dont recieve an email, please contact info@twistieonthego.com.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns at this time. We encourage you to review the 'Size Guide' and 'User Guide' before purchasing your Twistie Cup.
