How To Twist

First thing's first.
What Is A Menstrual Cup?
A small, flexible device worn inside the vagina during the period to collect menstrual fluid. It is made entirely from medical grade silicone.
Unlike pads and tampons, menstrual cups collect blood instead of absorbing it. This means that they can collect up to three times the amount of fluid that a pad or tampon can.
